It varies. I had a phone and in person interview. Some people only had one in person interview and some had up to 3 face to face meetings before getting hired. Plus drug test and background test.

To sum it up ... UNORGANIZE... people knocking at the door no security at night...easy access... broken doors and broken equipment, overworked

The most stressful part is knowing that if you are not a “friend” to management your job is considered in trouble. Supervisors and HR work together to terminate employees. They should really consider changing management options. There is no safety at the office.
