Your evaluation will always be late, by up to 3 months. Then even if you get a great review...don't expect much of a raise.

It's now changed to every 12 months but you still get 2% as the maximum, no matter how exemplary your job performance is. Apply elsewhere!
Every 18 months you get your review. An excellent review might get you a 1-2% raise; exactly the same as a mediocre review on a lame PRN employee might get. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this non-human corporation, like you would avoid a person in medical quarentine.
2% every 18 months. And thats only if you nag them about it.
