I currently work for Mobis and it's got the potential to be a great place to work for however, management thinks that their better then their worker's. If I was head of this company, I would make management walk the walk instead of talk the talk because they can talk the talk but, none of them can walk the walk. None of them are willing ro come on the floor and work like the worker's. They don't even know the jobs or station on the plant. I would have each and every management on the floor working next to the workers until they learn the actual jobs and what the worker's go through every day. No one is better then any body else. We're all humans. Learn how to appreciate your workers and reward them for a job well done by simply offering a dinner once a month. Actually showing them that you care. NOT SEPARATING THE OFFICE PEOPLE AGAINST THE FLOOR PEOPLE... again these plants can be a great place to work but, only if we work as a team. Korean's are not better then Whites, Puertorican or not better then Dominicans, African Americans are not better then Mexicans. We are all human's that can come together as a team and make this company great again.
