As expected with educational company, the busiest time of year was August-October (back to school). Expectations for phones and emails are attainable when you remain focused. Management is receptive to feedback and recommendations from employees. Support from coworkers is better than any previous company.

Fun worlplace, non traditional, 100% remote. Owners are decent human but detached from reality a bit.

Great experience, if not the best of my career. The 100% work from home is not something I could do for the rest of my lfie. It's common, but the cabin feature and interacting with people face to face is an important aspect of life.

Constantly changing workplace

MobyMax sells a great product and provides good copensation. However, the company's owners are too involved in the day-to-day work process's. They are constantly coming up with new ideas and implementing new changes, however they do not allow changes the time to be benefeficial. The managers are just "yes men/women" that do whatever owners ask without offering their expertise. Commission structure changed 3 times in the last quarter I was empoyed there. If owners sat back and allowed managers withthe expertise to lead, the company would be much more successful and retain more of their employees. In addition, the call requirements are attainable, however they are constantly changing your daily job requirements. The changes are small changes, but constant.. creating a frustrating work environment.

Owners without expertise but have their hand in every decision; constant changes, no transparency, no communicationg between departments

MobyMax is a supportive place!

Lots of help from a collaborative team all working together to keep customers happy and the site running smoothly. Management works hard to keep all informed on any policy changes.

Overall great experience

The work was not exceptionally difficult. Primarily answering phones and emails, responding to product related customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues with web-based software. Management was relatively easy-going and very approachable. The only true downside was the occasional communication disconnect between departments and between upper-management and the rest of the staff.

Grew too fast

After a year of employment they laid off half of the sales force claiming they had grown too fast to account for the cost of so many employees. It was great while it lasted but a lack of foresight has led to a lot of unemployed people.

Fast paced environment, great management, and amazing product! Although you work independently, you never feel isolated. The company is supportive and committed to helping you succeed.

Very flexible place to work; good pay

MobyMax is an excellent place to work. You have very flexible hours and can work whenever you want each day, from Monday at midnight to Sunday at 11:59 PM. I would recommend it for anyone who travels frequently or is looking for a fun, stable place to work.

loove it

it is great here, buut not enough investment in staff. Need to not hand leads to the managers, but to the staff instead. Great structure for success though

Great place to work

Great company with a noble mission. They really treat employees well and the leadership is focused on improving the education sector. Everyone is friendly, honest, and driven.

Decent place to work, in initial stages of building sales force

Good products, but still trying to figure out how to build the sales team for success. Good training but micromanage employees. They need to spend more time listening to their staff on ways to do things instead of just moving forward without benefiting from their experience.
