Receptionist (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – October 17, 2018
There are a lot of great people here but most of them are entitled and rude. I feel a lot of micro-aggressions. I will say that there are a lot of times I have put myself in a position to try and learn more than what my job offers.
Machine Room Operator/ PA (Former Employee) – Burbank, CA – May 7, 2018
The hardest parts to deal with being a Machine Room PA is:
- Being stuck in a cold dark room with loud machines. No sun light and no room to make the desks ergonomic. Not to mention stressful work environment. - You are mostly the one to blame for little mistakes that are not yours. - Expected to move up on your own even though you are told to stay where you are. - A lot of responsibility given to a entry level position
West Los Angeles-Assistant Editor (Former Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – December 18, 2017
Mismanagement and managers tend to favor certain people. It's really hard to move up unless you work for another department for free. All that is fine, but it's unrealistic for them to expect us to work for free for more than a year to move up. Lots of little cliques like high school. Raises were very little and insignificant unless you were promoted to a different position.Very stressful and they made you feel like you were walking on eggshells. Not a very friendly working environment. There's other trailer companies out there. Don't go to this one.
