Ok place to work did not like the schedule offered. Liked the work and the other employees. The benifits where fine. Rotating work load is not for evertone.

Don't plan on long term

Myself and several of the last employees who began working here were laid off before the end of the probationary period so benefits are highly unlikely.

This is a place where you punch in and do your work and punch out. You are only a number. You get talked to when you mess up. Operators are somewhat helpful but can lead you into a mess.

Pay is good, and people on the floor are goid

The Shift leaders are good to people, watch your back, office personnel don't care about you as a person. Only thing good about company is the people on the floor and pay rate.

Not employee friendly

Benefits are horrible. 500 a month for insurance for a single person. Laying people off while actively recruiting new hires. Don’t pay you for all the time you work. Auto adjusting time clocks. Vacation after a year. Had one paid holiday in a year. Unsafe machinery, work practices and poor air quality.

Difficult place to work, not an uplifting atmosphere

a place that felt like being on pins and needles alot. intimidation from owner, management, and some floor staff, very stressful, uneasy feeling, fake management, Good pay, long days, revolving door of employees. Sometimes it's not about money, it's about living and being treated like a person, Bad atmosphere. Try it, you will see best way to form your own opinion.
