Modern MD has the potential to be a great company... flexible working hours, opportunity to make good money and a growing company. However, the management is so poor that it supersedes any positives. Micromanagers, looking for any excuse to fine employees, having people do extra work without compensation and a generally underappreciated staff which leads to a toxic culture. Greed at its finest.
