Stressful but worth it

Great work Culture, good food, scope to grow within the company. Nice, helpful people around. High stress, fast phase environment. Good pay, bonus, benefits, insurance.

Exceptional promise, no resources to succeed

The company’s platform holds incredible promise, but it’s still has the minimal infrastructure of a small biotech with the expectations and requirements of a huge pharma company. They say “they’re building the plane while flying”, but no one has tools or parts to work with!

Pros: Great pay.Cons: Very stressful job, and very difficult to move up. HR takes days to respond. There are also contractors working here for more than 2 years and are still not hired.
