There will be times when you will be able to pick up on as many hours that are within company policy but then there will be times where they will need to take away hours so word of advice NEVER relay on Modsquad as your only source of income. Let it be a side gig
Most stressful part is not knowing if you will have steady work. ModSquad needs to be more transparent and champion for the Mod's when they negotiate contracts with clients and give realistic expectations on how long a project could last and expected hours instead of making snap decisions of over-hiring then leaving hundreds of employees in the lurch the following month because hours are sacked and/or the project is no more.
Poor training and management they change your schedule without any notice.

At first the company was amazing until they starting letting people go without notice and then you worried every day that you may be next. Now every day everyone wonders if they will have a job. Now, they have started cutting hours if you can't work phone shifts, which is causing people to lose hundreds of dollars of week at least. It's extremely unethical and very poor business
