23 questions about working at Modsy
I would be more honest and more friendly towards my subordinates. I will ask them individually what will it take to keep them happy in their position? What's keeping you from being successful? and I will create a work structure that is more at their phase. I wouldn't put on so much pressure on what they're doing wrong and not compare them with others.

The most stressful part about working at Modsy is not knowing what changes they're going to roll out at moment's notice. It is very stressful especially when you're handling 20-30 customers. Managers are constantly measuring you up with other team members and they don't know how to coach you as a human being if you underperform. Two-face culture.

Part-time hours still require 5 days a week. You cannot work a 3-day week for example. If you work 20 hours, you will be expected to spread them over 5 days. For example.

Spend time on the company website and learn as much as you can. We have a complex product and it's super easy to tell when people haven't done their homework.

There is no real compensation for training. If they hire you, if they keep you for 4 weeks and give you no reprimands, then they promise you a $1,000 bonus which I assume is meant to make up for the two weeks of training.
