  • I would be more honest and more friendly towards my subordinates. I will ask them individually what will it take to keep them happy in their position? What's keeping you from being successful? and I will create a work structure that is more at their phase. I wouldn't put on so much pressure on what they're doing wrong and not compare them with others.

  • - Treat employees as professionals. Many of us have either a BFA or MFA, but we're looked as elementary students.
    - Many of the people chosen to be in what they call "lead" positions should have a better understanding of what it means to hold a leadership role.

    - Better compensation.

  • -treat their employees better and make sure management actually knew what they were doing
    -be DESIGN focused

-get rid of such a useless position like the Design Specialist role

  • I would make sure leads and managers had to be clocked in longer. They are only on for a few hours a day. I would also make sure my 3D team has more attention to detail so that rooms are not constantly being sent back to them for several changes.
