Laid Off,,,,poor management, back stabbing, nobody wants to take ownership of errors, finger pointing rather than facing up to ownership....was eligible for rehire, but after thinking of the stress of 8 years, I turned down an offer to come & personal like too important.

Because poor management has changed the culture of the Cancer Center. Supervisors are not qualified and managers are even worse specially those that have been there for 30+ years. It's a dictatorship there. Don't bother getting a job there. You will end up being a casualty of poor management and favoritism (if you are not the favorite of cours).
