Very long process ,it starts with a group interview as long as your not shy and speak and shake the interviewers hand after and keep a smile you're fine they are looking for personality. Then you will be called in for another interview there will usually be 3 interviewers there 1 from hr, the department supervisor, and the department manager. They will asks a series of questions about past experiences at other work places simple questions. Now the long part they do an extensive background check and credit check this can take anywhere from 1-2 months to complete depending on if there's any issues.
