I’ve found management to be helpful in answering questions. It’s a competitive and ridged work environment. If you know that your working at a job that have very strict breaktimes (i.e., go potty on your 15 minute breaks, and do your best to not have unplanned absences) you’ll be fine. It’s a call center, thus your being available to answer the phone is the essential job function. This is why being at work is imperative.

Yes, training not good, things change from day to day, want low error rate, hard to do when they change things so much, boring job, management will not back you, get wrote up for using unscheduled break because having to go to the restroom before your break or lunch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I remember them asking what would you do under a certain scenerio and having to give an example of it in your own work experience.

I believe MOHELA needs more Management/Agent interaction. Setting a better line of communication between the two would eliminate a lot of misunderstanding or hard feelings. More team building activities, allowing teams to get to know each other; which I think would make for a better work force.
