I’ve found management to be helpful in answering questions. It’s a competitive and ridged work environment. If you know that your working at a job that have very strict breaktimes (i.e., go potty on your 15 minute breaks, and do your best to not have unplanned absences) you’ll be fine. It’s a call center, thus your being available to answer the phone is the essential job function. This is why being at work is imperative.
Bad Place to work, management suck, most people do not make it thru the first year. My class size was 25 with one trainer, by the time I left we were down to 6 people, they do not care about you as a person.
People are scared.

They really don't care about their employees. And don't be fooled by your interview because they make it sound like a wonderful place to work and that they'll bend over backwards for you. I feel like it's all smoke and mirrors and then you feel like a prisoner.
