I met with the Customer Care Director and the Call Center manager at the same time for my interview. I will say that the interview was very challenging because you are being asked different set of questions from two people. Also they employers we're not looking to hear what they usually would hear in an everyday interview. They wanted to know how real and raw you were and if you're able to work under a fast passed working environment, under pressure and how you delt with irate customers. The Director and manager met on their own for 5-10 minutes and then hired me on the spot.
