Exceedingly top-heavy management! Team lead, supervisor, manager, director, assistant vice president, vice president. Cut the manager and director roles and hire more staff to do the actual work, instead of a heap of talking heads having meetings about doing work the staff is doing. No staff input, TOP-DOWN style and bloated "Leadership" makes for a heavy boat in which to sink. No training, just threats to your job if you don't conform. Asked for a minor adjustment in my schedule and my manager got hysterical.

Pay depends on the position obviously, for member/provider services in Irving, Tx the pay started at 16.07 plus a 0.50 diferencial if bilingual. (You will be tested)
