Good core values and culture, but it's all about the bottom line now. All that matters is the stockholders and making money. Used to be about taking care of low income members, but that's just what they say now for appearances. Employees are numbers, nothing more than a means to more money and they push you to your limits and beyond so they don't have to pay more employees to work.
Exceedingly top-heavy management! Team lead, supervisor, manager, director, assistant vice president, vice president. Cut the manager and director roles and hire more staff to do the actual work, instead of a heap of talking heads having meetings about doing work the staff is doing. No staff input, TOP-DOWN style and bloated "Leadership" makes for a heavy boat in which to sink. No training, just threats to your job if you don't conform. Asked for a minor adjustment in my schedule and my manager got hysterical.
Horrible training and poorly managed. Obviating is a complete joke.
Top heavy and outdated management system. Bosses, not leaders. This could be a great company if they would streamline the management and hire qualified candidates.
The Culture is great. They even conduct a cultural shaping training known as WHO WE ARE which will provide excellent perspective of their culture to all attendees.
Very negative environment.

The work environment is diverse. We service low income so there are times where patients are difficult to work with and they can get violent.
