Great work life balance

Working with Molina healthcare was great. Molina healthcare provides good work life balance and great benefits. It also has competitive wages. They provide all the equipment needed as well

Benefits great, but things can feel robotic

Generally the higher up you go the more freedom and creativity you can express. They are a large company so there tends to be a lot of protocols and a push for consistency amongst people with the same job. This can make the job mundane and less creative which can get boring at times. Benefits are excellent. I felt like I was stuck in an Okay place.

Overall good company

Overall good company with great benefits. The only stressful thing was that sometimes members homes were unsafe due to the area I worked in. Lots of no shows as well.
