Management doesnt know how to take care of its current employees, instead of promoting and giving current employees a chance to move up in the "chain" they hire from outside paying them more money when the person they hired CANT perform basic day to day duties that I am charged with, does not know the operation, and above all they dont reward employees, - more ... its been a year and a half and still not a single raise - less
