I would give my foremen. an bonus for everytime they crew meet a deadline. they way you can see the employees that really there too. do the job we pay them for. cause at 8 years of doing solar projects I have learn that. some people think that solar is a way to get fast money. not taking the CEO seriously considering now I have this opportunity to speak I would like too become a part of this company so I can make an different in not just this company but in the solar business. cause I learn a way to get cross to all employees. I tell them to think about this what if our company work you 84 hours and we paid you for only 10 hours. I say to all my employees how would they feel only if you could of heard some of the answers. but it all change when I told them that's how our CEO feel considering he paying out money for a job that you choose to do but don't do it. and 7years) after I spoke this the crew of people I would love to bring to this company will show how we can make a different to your company

It is a fast paced however, a "manager" is only a reach away. I did not like the fact that you could not track your bonuses, many eyes and hands touch them before you see it so a lot of time there is a discrepancy.
