Terrible upper management. When they talk about salary on here that's what they pay the float pool. Expect to make $5 less an hour as an employee if you don't float to different locations.

HR was absolutely no help when I accidentally gave the wrong routing number during orientation. A month later and I still have not been paid for my first checks. Monarch does not seem to care about their employees at all.

I left because of managment, being short staffed ALL the time, being made to either come in early or stay late to cover the schedule, (I farm and it’s impractical with 4 small children) the lack of compassion from anyone for the residents, favoritism with certain staff while the ones that actully worked were over looked and constantly in trouble for nonsense the the “favorite staff” did but passed the blame. I love working as an aid and do not mind hard work or extra hours, but that being said, I think it would be nice to have some type of appreciation shown. Most of my coworkers came in complaining and saying they hated being there and made their attitttude and opinion known. I would not recommend this facility to a brand new aid or someone that is sensitive to peer pressure and takes snide comment personally.

The residents aren't treated right they don't get showers everyday only once or twice a week. The nurses are disrespectful the aides half do their jobs and they are always short staffed

Favoritism is very obvious, owners flirt with and reward their “girls” and treat others like they don’t matter.

Most stressful place I have ever worked at. No support. Everyone is overworked and literally depressed. It's a very dark atmosphere.
