poor leadership in administration

In the beginning, I loved my job. As time went on, I became very disappointed in this company. There are close friendships in administration that consistently displays favoritism and bias. Racism is throughout the company, favoring one race over others. Poor communication is accepted standard. The most difficult part of the job is trying to keep up with the new decision of the day. The incompetence of administration and upper management will lead to the demise of this company, which is very sad. Technology at Monarch is in need of a serious overhaul. I enjoyed the people I worked with and patients I cared for.
