My health...stress levels increase on a daily basis

Management. And I left mainly because of the constant push and greed for profit. The merchandisers do all the physical labor and the sales reps get bonus pay for making the sales.
Management has no clue what is going on, to busy sitting in there offices. You never see them in the field. They micro manage you from there offices... you sat in your car for 6 minutes before you went into your second stop. Please fix your time card, for time spent in your car . If you work 11 hour day, you get NO PAID BREAKS
Scheduling they dont give you time to spend with your family.
Lack of hours
Poor management team
Management is horrible
If Nabisco stayed in existence I would still be there because there would not have been corporate restructuring,
