  • Fire all middle management! Worthless! In 15 years my DM never once works with me in the field 🤣. People don’t believe me when I tell them that! Totally 100% true

  • Clean house in the HR department! Hold people accountable, from the top down! How many lawsuits are you going to need to wake up to the fact that you have a problem? Guess time will tell!

  • Try and treat all employees from the new guy just starting with the same respect. No position in a company is any less important than even the highest official. Also, it seems like they may need to bring in someone to rewrite their employment handbook and give more clearly defined job responsibilities for at least the entry level and second tier positions. Seems like people are upset that the merchandisers have to take a lot of the brunt from store managers when that's an issue that should usually be handled through a sales rep. or direct marketing consultant. I'm certainly no be all end all authority on this matter but it could very clearly just be some minor oversights by a busy corporate office which could be very easily corrected by your territory managers and having some clarifications made to your employee handbook. Just offering an unbiased and impartial solution to some problems that seem to be plaguing your company. Especially right on the front lines in the heart of your marketing and sales territories. New hire or tenured employee, the ones in the trenches keep the company going. You would only be doing yourself and them a great disservice by not giving them proper guidance and clear responsibilities and expectations of what you all expect from each other.

  • I worked for the Lovespark, Illinois plant. Never late for work, always there. They started cutting jobs and lying to employees. Management and H.R. can't be trusted. I would never recommend this company too anyone looking for employment.

  • Bring back $21.00 an hour with good benefits and you'll get and keep more people, but I know this won't happen because the company is to greedy.

  • Merchandisers: Full Time & Part Time; are essential to developing the core Business at Retail. We assume some of the Same Responsibilities that a F.T. Sales Representative incurs daily.
    Please make the Instruction Directives Equal across the board for All Employees. Way to many Sales Representatives want to make up their own "personal" policy for their merchandisers.

    Full Time & Part Time merchandisers handle a great amount of workload, yet we are Unable to Win a shirt at a Sales Contest, better yet, the company won't even attempt to send us or even offer a Mondelez Logo shirt to wear while conducting business.

  • Pay your people don't short them use hos to track time no manually put it on

  • Dont be greedy pressuring employees to keep beating their monthly , quartely and yearly sales. Its a bubble thats about to burst soon. Good people are leaving the company for unecessary stress caused by greediness

  • To pay closer attention to how management treats vendors! It’s not fun to work in stores where your basically bullied out of when you know you’ve done absolutely nothing wrong but your job, and your scheduled to work store anyway regardless how store manager feels about you, makes for hostile work environment and not fun walking on eggshells

  • Better hours and better warehouse worker and come in more to see workers
