No they do not in any circumstance. I just was offered a job, and all recruiting goes through corporate. I had a felony from my ex wife over 3 years ago, told them about the felony, and they checked with everyone about giving me a second chance. Everyone told me that they wish they could give me a second chance, but are unable to. I am devistated by this news, because I was convicted because my wife at the time wanted to stay in the country legally. Since this, I have got full custody of my daughter, been at the same job for 3 years and have a four-year degree. I do not blame Mondelez International, but I will tell you that no matter how hard of a worker you are, no matter what you have done, they have a blanket policy for felonies and you will not get in. The best you can do is get it expunged from your record, in my case I have 3 more years until that is possible. So to answer your question, if you have a felony you will not be hired.
