Dont be greedy pressuring employees to keep beating their monthly , quartely and yearly sales. Its a bubble thats about to burst soon. Good people are leaving the company for unecessary stress caused by greediness

To pay closer attention to how management treats vendors! It’s not fun to work in stores where your basically bullied out of when you know you’ve done absolutely nothing wrong but your job, and your scheduled to work store anyway regardless how store manager feels about you, makes for hostile work environment and not fun walking on eggshells

Treat merchandisers better. Heck we stock the brand! I am considered a new hire but already burnt out. So glad I am working by myself now. Moving forward if my schedule says an hr per store thats what i am working. Not going to get burned out with a company that cant even supply me a shirt

Assure your employees do not engage in affairs with other vendors who are married.
Using company time and trlephone to speak with the vendor they formed a relationship with. Affair witnessed by all store employees on the route of your saleswoman. Sitting in personal vehicles with a married man. Phone records to prove it. This happened over a 4 year period.

I am an employee of Mondelez Fair lawn NJ and I would ask the CEO to look more into the treatment of the employees by management.... I had to go out on disability because of the stress from the treatment I was having migraines and passing out. I love the job it’s not hard and you learn so much but the treatment is unbearable

Sell the company to Pepsico or Hersheys, any company that values their product line vs having Walmart employees be responsible (yep, that is what I said) for properly merchandising and maintaining/growing the business.

Also, properly incentivise the Sales Service employees that keep Nabisco in business.
