Times changed over the years I spent working with the business.There were quite a few name changes and with each the work environment became worse. Cuts on employees, pay, and time off and the culture was very negative by the time I left. If I would have left a review more than 5 years ago, it would have been much higher. At this time they are downsizing because they no longer have the production levels to run, eliminating positions, and offering severance for employees to leave earlier than retirement age. Communication continues to be a struggle within the company including between the plant leadership team.
