Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Gulf
You can call it a 9-5 job with amazing salary.
In terms of career progression or self development:

There are no talents / good caliber toearn from. Very few chances to move forwards. Full of racism. Continous restructure which makes emoloyees live in constant anxiety and corridors of rumors about who will go. Connections play a major role even if you are not performinf and achieving. Your boss can always help you get a grade and promotion and vice verce if boss does not like due to any of non-work related reasons
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
WeaK CALIBER

Sales Executive (Current Employee) - South East England
Today Mondelez wriggled out of paying their Sales teams their hard earned bonus.

Mondelez have a far from ethical approach when it comes to their 'man on the ground'. Sales figures are reached, the staff are told that they are to be given their bonus during their one-to-one with their managers, some were informed over a week ago.

Today they have all been told that they have not met their sales figures. Every single one of the sales teams in the South East of England have 'failed' their figures, according to one man behind a computer.

A joyless dark day for the sales teams. A bigger bonus for the big boys.
Pros
You Get To Pound The Streets Earning Less Than You Thought You Were Going To Earn.
Cons
Sales Team Managers Need Training In Social Skills As Well As Motivational Skills
