Mondelez is a good company to work for but Regional Management to Executive Management have no clue whats really going on in the field. They live by what the computer tells them to do. Management of the company is a joke as they want you to think they actually care about you as an individual. All they care about is how much you cost the company.

Plenty of paid time off working for the company and in most positions you don't have your manager looking over your shoulder consistently.

Good company to work for, lots of perks, however, the job can be very tough without adequate help. The people you do work with, are great and enjoy what they do.

Which they don't give you for the amount of running around they make you do. Many store locations will have you in there for hours working and they will team you up with another person.
Some store locations you'll be on your own to stack away everything. Sometime 3-4 U boats full. This is mostly for teens. They are felixible with schedule. You can tell them when you can and can't work but overall it's extremely exhausting on you and your vehicle. They don't pay enough for transportation to risk the wear and tear.
