On a typical day 120-200 calls made out to collect from delinquent accts. Management seems to be knowledgeable. Work place is still that of a new company and many changes are happening, therefore it is very difficult to get bonus that is worthy. Hardest part of job is the constant change in policy.

Moneylion was at first very nice to work at but quickly had a change in management that was extremely disorganized and it was a hostile environment to work in. Managers didn’t know how to act professional and would have frequent outbursts in an unprofessional manner towards their employees. The managers were poorly trained and had very little knowledge. There has been many times where lack of communication and knowledge resulted in poor service to customers. Yes it paid very well for the type of employment and offered good health insurance but as a previous employee i experienced a lot of harassment and it was a very hostile work environment.
