First and foremost the building there working out of HAS TO BE CLEANED UP you have to have a level of respect for yourself and the place you work before you want to wake up in the morning and go to work. THIS IS A MUST! I'm now running one of there stores and the first thing I noticed is the condition of the building and it surroundings. I'm unable to attract any new talent, GOOD TALENT until i' m able to give them a safe, clean place to opperiate in. it is my opinion that this is one of the main reasons were not able to attract new and repeat business. I ran an automotive store for 30 years and it was immaculate every day including the bathrooms, very important. If given the rescores I'll bring my store back to life put it in a position to become a number 1 store again. TBD.
