Small company with small thinking. No business plan to gain market share. Poor hiring practices and no recruitment process in place. No formal training programs in place. Budgetary process is not based on prior sales trends but on expenses.

This was a cutthroat dealership. Department Managers did not have any real authority to change anything. Upper Management do not understand the concept of mentoring to build a team. Turnover rate is extremely high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
