Work at home, via remote desktop to main office. Always managers available for issues, by phone, messenger, and email. Phone lines can get congested and because speaking to live customers takes priority over all other work, tasks such as claim reviews and technician reports can fall behind, making overtime necessary. Most of the time, this happens due to being short staffed. Management is encouraging and appreciative of hard work.
A typical day at work was to review contracts and drawing to request for pricing. Also retrieve product data sheet for required materials to submit submittals.The most enjoyable part of the job was evaluating each problem that occurred daily.
