Not much room for growth

As a behavioral health associate you will be underpaid, the training you get does not help much with what the job really entails, and many burn out very quickly. There is really nowhere you can move up to from this role unless you're in grad school and want to become a therapist/clinical support. $18 an hour is appalling for what they expect you to be doing.

Great Starting Job

This is a great job for college students/graduates. The shifts are flexible and you can pick extra shifts. The BHAs are underpaid for the amount of work that they do but overall it is a decent job.

Had potential but ruined by management. The coworkers constantly gossip and bully each other. The environment was really unhealthy which is a shame because the work has meaning.
