Professional but relaxed and made me feel welcome immediately
Phone interview, in person tests, intense panel interviews where they bad mouth their employees. Then they ignore you. They will Waste your time unless you have connections here.
For the Social Worker position at the Moses Campus, the interview was very professional and relaxed. May appear as a bit intimidating for some because the interview is held with the three assistant directors do Social Work, one for each of their buildings. They stated they interview with all three directors because they want to make sure you are capable of working at either of their locations, whenever you are needed. The questions were pretty basic and they provide you with information regarding the hospital and etc. They give lots of opportunities to ask questions and were willing to answer them. Very friendly women.
Professional but relaxed and made me feel welcomed immediately.

The process is based on resume and job title you are applying for. A pharmacology/math test must be passed (80%) to continue the interview process. Overall is a relaxed experience.
