Initially a teacher is interviewed by Human Relations. Then one makes appointments to be interviewed at schools they would like to work. This is usually completed by the principal and maybe a selected panel.

I would have every parent or guardian to sign a contract that their will be a teacher, student and parent relationship at all times during the school year. And that all three of us would be focus on hearing, listening and talking with each other and applying ourselves always toward the student success.
