Moosejaw Madness really makes this place fantastic. Culture is surrounded by having fun and making people love us. Benefits package is available to all employees.

Moosejaw is fun for someone in their early 20's. Music to listen to. The work is easy. Very liberal in their politics and policies. The pay is horrible. Most of your coworkers are cool. Don't expect to move up at all.

I honestly really love working for Moosejaw. I work in phones and because of COVID most of us are WFH. I really do love my coworkers and managers as people, but some of the managers don’t do their job. When you’re in office you get free food weekly, there’s consoles in the main customer service office, you can bring dogs to work. The place is awesome! Really fun to be in. Overall I do love my job, just a few downfalls here and there.

Very fun working at moosejaw, everything is outdoor oriented and there are many company meetings/group sessions that are camping, outdoors, and active within the community. There is not a whole lot of potential for job growth, but it is a very good place to spend your time and have fun with your coworkers.

It's a fun job to work and the madness is definitely not just something they say. Expect nerf wars and corn hole battles, but also it's retail and the pay is not great especially when you're a part-timer who doesn't get a whole lot of benefits outside of the fantastic pro deals.
