Unless you're in upper management, director, faculty, it's very difficult to receive support that you need to get promoted. This culture is truly one that you need to know someone and be in good standing to get promoted. There is some workplace bullying that goes on but never seriously addressed.
ProsGreat for those who are truly in the business of the medical field.
ConsAdmin staff cannot work at home, Admin staff must clock in, Admin staff not appreciated & culture is to keep "you in your place", Promotion only for those who management chooses to groom, One bad word when internally applying &game over, Positions protected though unqualified
