Very stressful and the higher ups don’t care about their employees. All they care about is how much money they are going to make off a client, and if the client is even worth representing, don’t believe those commercials on tv either.

Interview first, research to make sure this person doesn’t have any bad records, review resume and know their skills and work ethics. Are they loyal, trustworthy, and how well do they work with other people.

Very quick to get the in person interview for me. Did it by email and filled out an application that wanted 7 prev jobs. They do a background check. I had to bring 2 resumes with me. She advised me of the job details, duties, work culture, employee enviroment, etc. she asked me like 6 questions. Why do you think youd fit in? How do u handle extrmely angry customers? How do u deal with emotional customers. Why Morgan and Morgan? What are you goals and 3 words to describe yourself and why should they hire me. They were very laid back and not nervous environment. Took a typing test after that was really short.

Ive never met anyone at morgan and morgan but I would think that since it is a family business with everyone being individual thinkers the only improvement would be to remember if mama ain't happy nobody is happy. No but really use what works, be honest, be kind and be thankful.
