Director of Operational Excellence - USA & Mexico (Former Employee) –  National RoleOctober 5, 2017
Morgan has interesting processes, fun people, and a passion for being the best. Overall a great place to work. The company has been through significant restructuring and simplification of the business units. Some good and bad with this, however the business is set to be strong in the future.

Supervisor very poor work ethic. Supervisor yells at you if you don't meet the standards of the production. You will be threatened to lose your job if you don't have certain orders out on time. Very short breaks.
Pros
Nice vending machine
Cons
Short breaks

Pay is good, outweighs the bad
Machinist (Current Employee) –  Greenville, SCJuly 9, 2017
Base pay is about $17 and hour
The jobs are easy for an average person
we get steady but not overwhelming overtime
Typically have Saturday and Sunday off but occasionally if we are behind we work overtime Saturday
First and Second shift, no Third, and no ridiculous swing or weekend shifts
only downfall is jobs are temp to hire through MAU, and realistically the only way to get hired on is take 2nd shift and work it for a few years before you can get on 1st.
General manager is great, some supervisors are good, most are barely tolerable
Pros
great benefits

Outside Sales Engineer (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXOctober 18, 2016
company provides abundance of opportunity for self improvement and growth for independent, self driven individuals. There is very little guidance or support from upper management and most of middle management are "working" managers who have little to no time to develop their teams for advancement.

Morgan is a great company overall to work for. They express the importance of the delivery and quality to each and every customer. Management can be a little better, however, they find the root of all problems and usually address and fix them right away.

QUALITY CONTOL INSPECTOR (Former Employee) –  Bedford, OHMay 19, 2014
A typical day at work begins with our lead person assigning you a job. Once you have recieved your job you must sign into the job and get the job folder. Then you check the data sheet and the print for what specifications need to be inspected. Then you inspect the parts accordingly and if everything pass move them to the next operation or ship the order according to the router. if the parts do pass you write them up for non conforming and place them in the holding area.
