Buckle up.. you are going to deal with at least three different recruiters who do not communicate with each other.
First Recruiter: Conducts a very brief phone screen, this will take less than 5 minutes.
Second Recruiter: Schedules your interviews and assigns you to recruiter #3 for any follow up .
Third Recruiter: Does not follow up timely, so I would contact recruiter #2
I had a three part interview:
1) Phone screen with two leads
2) In person interview with the two leads that I spoke with on the phone and the director of the department
3) In person interview with the managing director of that group a few days later

I really like the interview process at MS. You typically interview with four people across the department you are applying to be a part of. You can get an insight into different managers and their perspective on the role(s) and life at MS. You meet with the Directors and VP typically when interviewing.
