What would you suggest Morgan Stanley management do to prevent others from leaving?

I suggest to be strong by working.

This was an unusual situation. Out of 6 of us on the team, 3 of us were laid off. It had to do with money,

They had a lot of turnover in the Web Support role. I had 3 different managers in the four months I was there so it was difficult to get any continuity and build rapport so that I could continue to develop in the role. I relied mostly on peers and fellow co-workers.

Set the quota where it could be attained easier.

I am only considering leaving Morgan Stanley because my family is relocating

Not allow other advisors steal your prospects without compensation.

Invest more in their employees personally and financially

Promote healthier culture and work environment.
