Open 7 days a week but you don't see operations on the weekends

Hours of operation are ok however if you do something wrong they put you on the closing shift for 3 months as your punishment

24/7 operation. Schedule may change approx quarterly. Employees "bid" for schedules in organized way based on a ranking system of quality scores, adherence, etc. Payment for major holidays comes in the form of an extra day off instead of extra money. Frequent voluntary overtime is offered.
