While never missing a day of work or being a second late to start or coming back from breaks, and with a deep and successful resume in this field, I was laid off 2 weeks before Christmas, at least a month and a half before the contract was to end. As a contract worker, with close to 20 years in High End Corporate America, I had never experienced such a lack of leadership or cultivation of employees. I had received no complaints and was leading the majority of full time Morneau employees in QA scores. Also, below regional standards in pay for this position, Cronyism will certainly drive this company back into the ground as in 2010.
