fast paced and constant changes and a lot to learn
clinical associate (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – December 5, 2018
very low paid and overworked management that micro manages everything. i learned a lot about EAP and gambling but this company gives no chances for career growth. on call work is unpaid and it's expected that after two years you will quit after you get a license. turnover is high and morale is low in all of the other departments because of the constant changes and high expectations. the most enjoyable part of the job was occasional free lunch and holiday party. workplace culture is so so, everyone is constantly on a diet or trying to work out because this company will make you fat and depressed.

Don't even waste your time, management is clueless, they lost a major client and their struggling to stay open, VERY poor management. They only hire temps and lie about everything, from possibly going permanent or possible future contract with potential clients.
