If you were in charge, what would you do to make Morning Pointe Senior Living a better place to work?
Listen to your employees! Listen to the complaints. If you read all your reviews, nothing has changed in all your facilities. It's time for a change!!
What is the most stressful part about working at Morning Pointe Senior Living?
Hours are constantly changing due to constant absenteeism and turnover. No real leadership, low pay, minimal benefits!
We appreciate your feedback as we work to always improve the employee environment and resident experience. We are so proud of our team. I can't tell you how many times we hear from our dedicated staff that the number one reason why they stay is the residents. They have a passion to serve as the residents and associates all become part of the larger Morning Pointe family. We thank all of them for their service.
Fast pace, management not welling to get help, no support from management, treated like servants/slaves.
This has to be one of the most stressed filled jobs I have ever had from certain people going in the office and saying and telling things that aren't true and stretching the truth to the max and it was always the same people doing this you would think the management would be able to see the problems being the same few people doing the gossiping and spreading lies this is why they can't keep any new hires and you have to watch what you say or that person will take it out of context to mean something totally something different felt like you were walking on eggshells constantly I mean I literally got wrote up because I pronounced a nurses name different than what she pronounced it this was all at the collegedale at Greenbrier cove I told them that would be like getting wrote up for saying tomato and they want me to say tamatoe really poorly managed great residence when the staff is not talking about them and cursing about them especially J,,,,ca the cook and S,,,,n the ra these two should not be in health care at all
