Value employees like you say you do. Share your wealth with the little guy doing all the work to make your company what it is. Hold your corporate office staff and ED's accountable. Visit your buildings you love so much and actually hear caregiver concerns not just management or how the place looks. God wouldn't approve, honor God like you say you do Mr. Ken. I love your idea, I don't love how it actually is in real life. I feel bad for the staff and residents who aren't getting the care they deserve!
Redefine who you are hiring for your ED's. Your turnover for ED's is way beyond the status quo. Vet all ED's who you are hiring. You have alot of rotten apples in the barrel at this point.
ED should have some clinical knowledge. In Sparks the ED used to work at the casinos and knows nothing at all about seniors. Very bad management, morale and care!
Employees need to be a priority as well as the residents. Say thank you to your employees for their hard work. Make it mandatory to speak English. That is very frustrating to the residents.
