The more you learn the more you do and there is no performance raises people who have been there for 3 years get paid the same as someone who has been there only 2 weeks and the person who been there 3 years has 10 times the workload

This is an impossibility as the ones in charge should not be in charge. The very thing that Morongo as employer will need will NEVER happen, to have Council and its members out of hiring, overseeing, retaining and even terminating employees. They don't want to hear complaints, yet create an environment of mediocracy, animosity and fear. Council can interfere and recommend people to be let go disrespecting the fair labor processes and practices...HR is afraid and useless to the employees!
There is no oversight of their labor practices as they are a sovereign nation. Would the Bureau of Indian affairs send a watchdog?
