So far the team here has been the most supportive I have ever had. They care about my success, especially since I'm remote, and always check in to make sure I have the tools and training necessary. My ideas are heard and taken into consideration, thus I can have an impact on the company's overall achievments.
Loan Compliance Auditor in Scarborough, ME
on October 29, 2020
I worked for Mortgage Network, Inc for over 2 years as a Compliance Auditor in their Post Closing department. Their management and supervisors are excellent at what they do and really work hard to keep communications open and transparent for all staff. They place priorities in their people and training so that they succeed and everyone succeeds as well!
Mortgage Loan Processor in Portland, ME 04106

As a good, hard working employee I was taken advantage of by being given more work but no increase in pay. Job positions are given too many responsibilities with unreasonable expectations. Customers come first but employees seem to be left out of the equation completely.

If you show up no time, do your job and have a positive friendly attitude you will succeed here. There is always room for advancement. They have a great training program in place and will not make you feel bad or stupid for asking a questions. We all learn together. Their motto is "teamwork makes the dream work".
